Janet founded The Hart Group in 1996 with the dream of creating an outstanding female financial advisory firm. The emphasis was always on developing long-term relationships with her clients based on mutual respect and trust, and she takes immense satisfaction in helping clients meet their personal goals and objectives through excellent customer service. She has also previously taught classes at Santa Rosa Junior College and the Santa Rosa Parks and Recreation Department. Janet is married with three grown sons and enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her twin grandchildren, Brooklyn and Brody.

Kelly is a California native and a graduate of Sonoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. Her clients appreciate her ability to listen and be empathetic, and she strives to provide excellent customer service in an approachable manner. Kelly enjoys the outdoors, camping, swimming and skiing with her husband and two children. Having fun and maintaining a good work life balance with yoga and meditation is the key to her success.

Alex has lived in the North Bay since 2008, where he graduated from Sonoma State University. He started is Financial Advising career in 2018. Alex was introduced to the world of finance from a young age by his father who has always been an avid investor and saver, and who taught him the importance of saving and having an eye on the future. He can confidently say that the best part of his work has been helping clients reach their long-term goals and developing friendships along the way. His spare time is spent traveling with his family, mostly to competitive soccer and dance tournaments, as well as enjoying every moment with their new baby girl.

A Sonoma County native, Alyssa graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College with an AA in Business Administration and joined The Hart Group after gaining valuable experience in a wide range of financial and administrative fields. She runs all aspects of our back-office operations and her attention to detail, organizational skills and enthusiastic presence have made her an essential part of the team. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking trips to the beach with her dog, Niko.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jan and her husband Mark moved to Sonoma County almost 25 years ago with their beautiful daughter Ashley. Jan is the friendly face that greets our clients and she is fundamental in assisting with the daily operations of the office. Outside of work she enjoys watching baseball, reading, gardening and living life to the fullest with family and good friends.
